“From Pain to Peace - A Mother's Heartbreaking Journey Through Losing a Child”
On November 1, 2019, Tina Kadish received the worst news of her life. Her daughter's doctor, after having performed a full hysterectomy, shared the news that her daughter had 3c ovarian cancer. It had spread and would require chemotherapy. In the blink of an eye, everything changed. Little did they know that in the next eight months, they would have a very challenging and stressful journey during COVID. Tina didn’t know she would lose her daughter in that short of a time, especially after being given a good prognosis by her physicians. From Pain to Peace, A Mother's Heartbreaking Journey of Losing a Child is the story of a mom losing her daughter. It would be a painful and heartbreaking journey watching her daughter slowly deteriorate. Tina Kadish was by her daughter’s side as she took her last breath on July 2, 2020. She learned valuable lessons about how precious life is and how we need to have a V.O.I.C.E. in our life. The book will share a mom's painful journey and the process of going from pain to finding peace while creating a legacy and moving on after the loss.
